1. Services
LaunchPad Studios provides website design and development services. We build custom websites based on information you provide and deliver a live preview for your approval before payment is required.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due only after you have reviewed and approved the completed website preview. If you choose not to proceed after reviewing the preview, no payment is required. All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments unless otherwise specified.
3. Ownership
Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all website code, design assets, and content created for your project. You are free to modify, host, or transfer the website as you see fit.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are included based on your selected plan (Starter: 0 revisions, Growth: 2 revisions, Custom: unlimited revisions during the project). Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
5. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver Starter and Growth websites within 24 hours of receiving complete project information. Custom projects may take 2–5 business days. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to meet them.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, and any required assets (logos, images) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.
7. Limitation of Liability
LaunchPad Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we create. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
